Budweiser Budvar is committed to brewing quality beer, using only the best raw materials, which, we firmly believed, has led to the increase of interest in our beer on the side of customers.
However, cooperation with us does not boil down only to acquiring top-quality beer. For us, your satisfaction is as important as our consumers’ satisfaction. In addition to the full support we grant to our sales representatives, Budweiser Budvar is able to provide service technicians, who will be at your disposal not later than in 24 hours after a defect in the taproom equipment has been announced. Nonetheless, it is our aim to prevent defects of the equipment by way of regular service inspections. These inspections are carried out free of charge, six times a year. It is a matter of course that our technicians are available to our customers in case of any problems of the system implementation.
