The Tank System
In 2003, Budweiser Brewery, National Corporation, introduced a reliable and modern brewing beer technology to the market. The backbone of the system are stainless tanks, which guarantee the best quality and freshness of beer. Apart from other advantages, it will do away with classic tapping; above all, the system saves costs.
The Duotank system:
The function of the tank system lies in the storing of the beer and its subsequent drawing in restaurants. The technology of beer transportation and its storing enables it to exclude pasteurization from the process, thus retaining the unique taste, freshness and top-rate quality of draught beer. In the tank, the beer is kept inside a plastic sack at the steady temperature of 8 - 10°C. Beer is pressed out of the tank by means of an air compressor with a pressure vessel of 120 litres. The system ensures absolute cleanness and prevents beer from contamination when filling tanks and when drawing beer, since beer does not come into contact with the air
