Brewery Tours
Surrounded by the aroma of the Moravian malt and Žatec hops you will probe into the secrets of how the world-famous Budweiser Budvar lager is made. You will find out how the best quality domestic ingredients, water drawn from the brewery’s more than 300 meter deep wells and top-class brewer’s yeast are used to make the beer characterised by its slightly sweet and delicate taste, pleasant aroma of hops and bitterness that is popular with customers in 58 countries throughout the world.
The nostalgic beauty of the machinery on display will remind you of the rich tradition of beer-making in South Bohemia, which goes back to the 13th century. Come and see how the centuries of tradition are incorporated in the modern technology producing the Original Czech Premium Lager Budweiser Budvar.

- We offer a regular guided brewery tour on working days at 2 p.m. for everyone without order
- The exposition commentary is available in Czech, German, English, French and Russian (to combine languages or to change a language during the tour is not possible)
- We accept cash, credit cards Visa, Euro-Master card, JCB, Diners Club, American Express) and payment by invoice. In the case of bank transfers - invoicing, the order must include the company identification number, the tax identification number / VAT, taddress and bank connection.
The terms of cancellation:
In the event of cancelling a reserved tour we charge the following cancellation fees of the total order price:
- 2 or more days before the tour date: charge free
- 1 day before the tour date: 10%
- 3 hours before the tour date: 25%
- 2 hours before the tour date: 35%
- 1 hour before the tour date: 50%
