The Masné krámy restaurant is going to offer duck prepared in nine ways
Yet another thematic gourmet event called “Duck Specialties” starts in the Masné krámy restaurant today. The guests can choose from a total of less known nine dishes made using duck meat. Nonetheless, fans of the typical duck dishes will, of course, be able to savour roast duck with dumplings and cooked red cabbage, which remains invariably on the restaurant’s menu throughout the whole year. The savourous duck meat goes perfectly with Budvar’s seasonal specialty beer from fresh hops. Ducks exclusively of Czech breeding are going to be supplied by the companies of Nové Hrady Fishery and Vodňany Poultry.
The Masné krámy restaurant has prepared less known recipes from duck meat for its guests. The customers can choose from a total of nine dishes. In addition to the taste experience guests can also get some inspiration for a festive lunch. Ducks exclusively of Czech breeding are going to be supplied by the companies of Nové Hrady Fishery and Vodňany Poultry Ducks. This thematic gourmet event starts today, lasting until Sunday 19th March.
“Remaining invariably on the restaurant’s menu, the typical roast duck with dumplings and cooked cabbage has long ranked amongst the most popular dishes in our restaurant. However, I would recommend trying other less known recipes, such as grilled duck breast with honey, or stuffed duck roulade,” says the Masné krámy restaurant's head chef Luděk Hauser, adding: “The savourous duck meat goes excellently with Budvar’s seasonal specialty beer from fresh hops brewed on 29th August last year.”

The Masné krámy restaurant offers not only great cuisine to its guests, but mainly perfectly treated drawn beer, as people can particularly savour Krausened Lager Budweiser Budvar B:SPECIAL. The Masné krámy is the only restaurant in the world, where Krausened Lager is drawn directly from beer tanks.
