The “Salad Festival” begins in the Masné Krámy restaurant today

The warm summer weather and a wide range of fresh vegetables available make an ideal time to prepare light and healthy vegetable salad. The Masné Krámy restaurant’s chef Luděk Hauser has prepared yet another gastronomic event for its guests named the “Salad Festival”. The standard offer of three types of salad on the Masné Krámy restaurant’s regular menu was completed with five other interesting types. The salad “show” in the Masné Krámy restaurant takes place from 13th to 19th June 2011.
“We have prepared a total of 5 types of salad, some of which can represent an interesting inspiration for our guests. I would personally recommend the apparently most famous and popular salad in the world – Caesar Salad,” says the Masné Krámy restaurant’s chef Luděk Hauser.

200g  Antipasto – grilled pickled vegetables with little slices of Parmesan cheese 

0,22 l  Tomato soup with basil
Main courses
350 g  Pasta salad with slice turkey, olives, sweet peppers and crispy vegetables
300 g  Bavarian Wurstsalat  (Bavarian mincemeat with onion and vinegar)
350g  “Mushroom Picker’s” Salad Platter with fried oyster mushroom, champignons and bacon
400g  Caesar Salad with chicken pieces, egg, butter croutons and grated Parmesan cheese
350g  Salad mix with grilled prawns, cherry tomatoes and garlic gressing

The Masné krámy restaurant is planning further gastronomic events for this year. “Steak Specialties” will be prepared for customers in September, while the “Venison Feast” will take place in October; November will see the “Martin Feast”. The Masné krámy restaurant draws its visitors not only due to its great cuisine, but particularly owing to perfectly treated drawn beer - Budweiser Budvar Krausened Lager in particular. The Masné Krámy restaurant is the only restaurant in the world where this beer is drawn directly from a beer tank.

The restaurant’s capacity is 190 places.
